Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy
Effective October 5, 2026. These terms apply to all rentals from Jeffrey Rental Works, 1946 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75061. Questions: (972) 812-6288.
1. Booking and quotes
A rental is booked when you accept an itemized quote by phone, text, email or our form, and we confirm the delivery date. Quotes list the unit rate, delivery and pickup, service, any extras and sales tax. A quote is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise.
2. Payment
Event rentals are paid in full at booking by card to hold the date. Long-term rentals are billed every 28 days in advance by card on file, or by invoice for approved commercial accounts. Invoices are due in 15 days unless your account terms say otherwise. We accept purchase orders from approved accounts.
3. Rental periods and renewal
Event rentals cover up to 3 days on site, such as Friday delivery and Monday pickup. Long-term rentals bill every 28 days, not by calendar month, and renew automatically until you ask us to end the rental. The first 28-day cycle is billed in full.
4. Ending a rental and pickup
To end a rental, call or text us. Billing stops on the day you call, and we pick up on the next route day. Please keep the unit reachable for pickup. If we cannot reach the unit, a return-trip charge may apply.
5. Cancellations and changes
Cancel an event rental at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are refunded minus the delivery charge. Date changes are free when made at least 48 hours ahead and the new date is available. If severe weather makes delivery unsafe, we reschedule at no charge.
6. Servicing
Rentals of 7 days or longer include one service visit a week: pumping, cleaning, deodorizing and restocking. Extra visits are billed per visit. If a scheduled service is missed, call us and we will return on the next route day at no charge for that visit.
7. Placement and access
You choose a level, firm spot our crew can reach safely, within about 100 feet of where our truck can park. You are responsible for any permits needed to place a unit on a street, sidewalk or public land. Locked gates or blocked paths on a scheduled visit may add a return-trip charge.
8. Relocation
Moving a unit to another spot on the same site is billed per move. Moving a unit to a new address is billed as a new delivery. Please do not move units yourself; tipping can spill waste and damage the unit.
9. Damage, theft and misuse
You are responsible for the unit from delivery until pickup. Damage beyond normal use, including fire, graffiti, tipping, vandalism, or putting trash, paint, concrete or hazardous materials in the tank, is billed at repair or replacement cost plus cleanup. Report damage or theft to us right away.
10. Weather
Units are built for outdoor use. In high winds, keep units near a wall or ask us to stake them. Service may shift to the next safe route day during ice, flooding or severe storms; we will tell you when that happens.
11. Liability
Use the unit only for its intended purpose. We are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse, unsafe placement chosen by the customer, or failure to keep the area around the unit safe. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law.
