What does a restroom trailer need on site?
A restroom trailer needs a level area about 20 by 12 feet, a clear drive for our truck to back in, and a 20-amp, 110-volt outlet within 50 feet. With no outlet, a 3,000–7,000 watt generator works. A garden hose hookup is optional; the trailer runs from its own tank.
Power guidance comes from Satellite Industries. We place blocks to level the trailer and set the steps. In Irving's summer heat, the A/C runs all day, so a dedicated circuit matters. A shared outlet with a DJ or caterer can trip a breaker.
Restroom trailers for emergencies and long projects
