Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026. This policy explains how Jeffrey Rental Works ("we") collects and uses information on www.irvingportapottyrentals.com.

What we collect

When you send our quote form, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, delivery ZIP code, rental dates, unit type, quantity, and guest or crew size. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and you will hear a notice at the start of the call.

How the form works

Our quote form is processed by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails your submission to us. Web3Forms handles the data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information.

How we use it

We use your information only to prepare quotes, schedule delivery and service, bill you, and answer questions. We may text or call you about your rental. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask.

Website analytics

We may use basic analytics to count page views, phone-button taps and form submissions so we can improve the site. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as form delivery, payment processing and phone service), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and rental records as long as needed for billing, taxes and legal duties, then delete them. Call recordings are kept for a limited time for training and quality.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, call (972) 812-6288 or write to Jeffrey Rental Works, 1946 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75061.

Children

This site is for adults booking rentals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
