Is a deluxe unit worth it over a standard one?
A deluxe flushing unit is worth it for events where guests will judge the restroom: weddings, graduation parties, company picnics and backyard events at Irving homes. It is not worth it on a job site, where crews use the unit all day and the 75-flush tank runs out before the weekly service.
| Feature | Standard | Deluxe flushing |
|---|---|---|
| Flush | No | Foot pump, about 75 flushes |
| Sink | No (sanitizer) | Built in, about 400 washes |
| Width | 43.5 in | 47 in |
| Best for | Job sites, long rentals | Parties, weddings, office events |
| Service need | Weekly | Weekly, or mid-event for long busy events |
How many deluxe units do I need for a party?
A 100-guest backyard party lasting 4 hours needs 2 deluxe flushing units by the PSAI chart. Add 1 more if alcohol is served or the day is 80°F or hotter. Above 6 hours, the 75-flush tanks may run low, so plan 3 units or a quick mid-event service.

Deluxe cabin-style restrooms
Our cabin-style deluxe restrooms have a white panel exterior that looks like a small building, a ceramic-style toilet and a corner sink. They suit upscale backyard events, open houses and model-home sites in Irving neighborhoods with strict HOA rules on appearance.
