Preliminary application: at least 90 days out. Fee $375; $250 late fee inside 90 days.

Counts set by code

251–500 people for 4 hours: at least 5 units. 501–1,000 for 8 hours: 10 units.

1 per 4, within 20 feet

Every permitted event needs 1 hand wash station per 4 toilets, within 20 feet.

The city can ask for more

Crowds over 10,000, events over 10 hours, or alcohol can mean extra units.
